Pilates Teacher
A system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles, improve overall body strength, fitness, flexibility, improved circulation and well-being. Apparatus is used in class consisting of soft balls, resistance bands, weights and rings. All ages and abilities are welcome at all classes which take place at the Alderney Butes Centre: Ladies ( Monday 17:15-18:15, Tuesday 17:15-18:15 & Friday 10:15-11:15; Mixed Classes Monday 10:15-11:15; Men's Classes Wednesday 10:15-11:15
