Last Easter we started our message with “Locked churches, an empty harbour and no tourists”. Now we have a busy thriving island that is benefiting once again with the open air and sea corridor with Guernsey. Our hospitality and retail sectors especially will be taking this in their stride welcoming both new and regular faces as we all will on the island. Let’s all hope we are back on a smooth return to one form of normality albeit without the UK. Enjoy a splendid Easter and fingers crossed that Southampton Airport will remain an airport.
