AEL is currently undertaking a significant transition as we move towards a more resilient and lower-carbon energy system for Alderney. As part of this next phase, we are seeking to strengthen the Board through the appointment of two additional Non-Executive Directors with experience in:
- Infrastructure and finance strategy
- Customer and pricing strategy
These are strategic governance roles intended to support the long-term development of the Island’s electricity infrastructure and energy transition.
The recruitment timetable is:
- Advertisements live throughout May 2026
- Candidate sift and interviews during June
- Appointment announced at the AEL AGM in July 2026
